Its time again for the great Highlander Grand Prix which will be held on January 8th 2012 in Hanau. As usual we have a big price support and this time even with legacy and vintage events at the same weekend. Additionaly there will be Highlander side events the whole weekend + a Highlander Pimp tourney which is limited to 16 players which can only participate if they send a photo with the whole deck to  homepage@jk-store.de

9-16th Place: 30€ credit note for th JK entertainment (the shop will be on the site)

Besides that there will be a PTQ after the 3rd round of the HLGP (format Modern).

I proudly announce the first Highlander Capitol Cup in Berlin on Saturday, 10. Sep. 2011 at the “Gate to Arcadia”, Eisenacher Straße 43, 10823 Berlin (directly at U7 Station Eisenacher Straße)

Registration will start at 10:00, the tournament at 11:00.
Maximum size for the tournament is 100 players.
Admission fee is 15,00 €.
Decklist are required.
Reflecting sleeves or sleeves with pictures, writings or logos are not allowed.
You can pre register and reserve a spot for the tourney by posting your full name and DCI-Nr.

We are following the rules and Banned List of Magicplayer.org.
Rounds have an one hour time limit with three extra turns.

According to the number of players there will be X rounds of Swiss , followed by the Top8.

I would highly recommend to come to Berlin on friday to either play one of the FNMs or to participate in our weekly thursday/friday HL tournament (3,50 €, 1Booster, Rare pick) or to go out and party.

On Saturday we might arrange a Players Party…

Cheap hostels are available all over the city, or maybe somebody lets you sleep on their couch or floor.

I just want to inform you guys about the upcomming german national championship which will be held on 11.08.11-14.08.11 in Iserlohn.
Suprisingly there will be a highlander tournament with a moderate prize-payout ( I think its similar to the Highlander Grand Prix value).
I recommend to check the site Information Site to get updates or further informations.

So if you planing to go there make sure to look at the local meta since there is a very active highlander scene.
