Rather a deck for a non-aggro environment, Heartbeat is a very nice combo-deck that can outdraw almost any control deck. To prevail in an aggro environment, the number of Fog effects in the deck must be increased and counterspells decreased.
The deck is totally invulnerable against Non-Basic-Hate since it only plays five non-basic lands: Misty Rainforest, Evolving Wilds, Terramorphic Expanse, Thawing Glaciers and Wasteland.

So ein Versager-Deck ist mir ja noch nie untergekommen wie Hypergenesis. Aber fangen wir zunächst mit der Liste an, die ich am vergangenen Dienstag auf einem kleinen Turnier in Karlsruhe gespielt habe…
I guess I’ve never seen a theoretically nice deck fail so hard like my Hypergenesis-deck did last Tuesday, when I piloted it on a small tournament in Karlsruhe. But let’s start with the deck list.
